Since a horse often has a whole team around it, you can collaborate to keep the horse profile active. The person who created the horse page is the main administrator (Admin). You decide who has the right to edit information and text, and who is simply listed as part of the team.
How to invite people and change roles:
Invite new people: Go to the horse's page and click the pencil next to "Horse's team". Choose "Manage team" and tap "Invite more". Search for the person's name on Floccs and send the invitation (they need their own Floccs account to appear in search).
Change relationship, history and permissions: If someone sells their share of the horse, or a rider leaves, click the three dots next to their name in the team list. Here you can change their relationship from e.g. "Current" to "Previous", or adjust their admin access by clicking the pencil next to the team section.
