Here's the process in 4 simple steps:
- 1List for free — Create your listing in seconds in the app. Upload a photo of the product and our smart system helps fill in the details for you automatically. You set the price and package size, then publish.
- 2The buyer pays upfront — When a buyer commits, the money is taken from them immediately and held securely by Floccs. You get a notification in the app and know the item is paid for before you've even packed it.
- 3Ship the package within 5 days — We send you a digital shipping label by email and in the app. Pack the item at home, go to any DHL service point and show the label on your phone. The agent prints it on the spot. Shipping is tracked and insured.
- 4Get paid — When the buyer collects and approves the package (or automatically after 7 days if they forget to tap), your money is transferred directly to your bank account via Stripe.
Floccs Buyer Protection — your security: The money is already locked in our system when you ship. The sale can only be reversed if you don't ship on time (within 5 days), send the wrong product, or the item is significantly worse than described in the listing.
