We need your IBAN and Stripe details to make a payout to your bank account once the buyer has approved the product you've sold. Your details are handled entirely securely by Stripe.
- 1Open the Floccs app and go to your profile.
- 2Open your settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner.
- 3Tap "Sales account".
- 4Tap "Payout account details", select Add and follow all the steps with Stripe.
Where do I find my IBAN? Your IBAN is in your online banking under account information or payment overview. Many banks display it directly next to the account balance, under "Bank details" or "International payments". Some banks also print it on paper statements. If you have trouble finding it, your bank can help.
Once you've completed all the steps with Stripe, you'll see a green tick next to "Payout account details" in your settings.
