You get paid after the buyer confirms they have received the item in good condition. Once the buyer has approved the product, the payment is automatically transferred to your registered IBAN via Stripe.
Normal payout time: Payments are processed and appear in your account within 1–3 business days after the buyer's confirmation. We send you a notification in the app as soon as we've made the payout.
Automatic approval after 7 days: If the parcel is delivered but the buyer forgets to approve the product in the app, and no issue is reported, the transaction is automatically approved after 7 days. Your payout then begins.
