- 1Wait for possible combined shipping — Do you have more listings active? The buyer can purchase more products without extra shipping costs within one hour. In that case a combined shipment is booked for a larger parcel.
- 2We send you a shipping label — Just over an hour after the purchase a shipping label is generated and sent to you by email and in the app. You have 5 days to ship the package.
- 3Pack your parcel at home — Pack your product in the smallest parcel possible. See the article Packing guide for detailed instructions on how to pack correctly.
- 4Drop off at a DHL service point — Show the shipping label on your phone at any DHL service point. The agent prints the label on the spot and sends the parcel off.
Note for combined shipping: The same shipping label appears on each product card in the app. You receive one email per product but all emails contain the exact same label. Pack everything in one parcel and show one label at the service point.
