Follow these instructions to make sure your parcel arrives safely.
What should I pack my product in?
Use a sturdy material — e.g. a padded envelope, reusable bag, thick plastic bag or cardboard box. It's fine to reuse old packaging but the parcel must not look damaged or torn. Protect fragile products with padding material such as newspaper.
What shape should the parcel be?
Even edges are a must. The parcel must be square or rectangular — no irregular edges, loose parts, rounded shapes or bags that become "bulgy". If you can't get even edges in a plastic bag, use a cardboard box instead.
How should I seal the parcel?
Seal firmly with packing tape. Use extra tape to make the parcel rectangular and make sure nothing sticks out and can get caught in transit.
