Babylon – Maximised D-pony, gelding born 2018 Babylon is a maximised D-pony gelding born 2018 – a pony that children often have a lot of fun with. He is currently ridden by a small rider who is not very assertive, and in those situations, Babylon can sometimes try to decide where he wants to go. This is important to know, and something that is fully manageable with a clearer rider. He is not the typical indoor arena pony who loves to go in circles, but thrives best out in the woods and fields. He goes everywhere, jumps natural obstacles, and finds trail rides the most fun. In all handling, Babylon is absolutely fantastic – loading, clipping, shoeing, and showering are all without problems. He is confident, kind, and uncomplicated, as well as friends with everyone in the paddock. He is currently stabled in a box, but he has previously lived in a herd/group with previous owners and does excellently there as well. In the summer, he grazes in large paddocks, without any tendencies towards laminitis or eczema. He has a healthy and sound history. Babylon is simply a very kind pony with a lot of personality. If you are looking for a finished competition pony right now, he might not be entirely the right fit – but with more training and a slightly more assertive rider, there is absolutely potential to develop into a really nice pony.
