Selling on Floccs is quick and easy:

1. Create a Free Ad
   • Posting an ad is completely free!
   • Upload a clear photo of your product. Our smart ad creation feature will automatically generate a detailed title, description, and features based on your photo, making it easy to create a professional listing. You can edit the ad if needed.
   • Create separate ads for each product to help our algorithms recommend your items to the right buyers.
2. We Find a Buyer for You
   • Once your ad is live, our algorithms promote it to the right audience, such as buyers with horses or interests similar to yours.
   • Your contact details remain private. When someone buys your product, they pay directly through the platform, and we arrange shipping for you.
3. Pack & Ship the Item
   • After your item is sold, the buyer pays for shipping.
   • You’ll receive shipping instructions via email and in the app. A shipping label will be generated for you, which you can easily scan at your nearest post office when dropping off the package.
4. Get Paid
   • Once the buyer receives the package and confirms that everything is as expected, we release your payment. This typically happens within 1–3 business days of delivery.

• Secure payment: The buyer always pays for your product in advance, and the money is held securely by Floccs until the transaction is completed. Once the buyer has received the item, we transfer the payout directly to you.
• Secure shipping: Shipping is also safe since we track the entire process and can see when the parcel is handed in and when the buyer collects it. If anything happens during transport, the item is insured and you will still receive your payout – as long as the parcel has been sent and packed correctly.
• Buyer protection: Floccs also offers buyer protection, which means a purchase can only be reversed if:
  • the product is not shipped on time,
  • the product is in significantly worse condition than described, or does not substantially match the text and images in the listing,
  • the wrong product has been sent.

• One Product = One Ad: Create separate ads for each product. This improves visibility and helps match your item to the right buyer.

• Soon for Sale: Create your horse's profile, let people follow your horse, and gauge interest ahead of selling. The horse can later be listed for sale when you're ready.
• For Sale Ads: List your horse for sale and tag its profile in the ad for more details.
• Service Ads: Offer services related to your horse, such as finding a co-rider, leasing opportunities, or other team-building activities.

• Tag the relevant horse profile in your ad to provide potential buyers or partners with more details about the horse.
• Once posted, the ad will appear in both the general feed and the horse's profile, ensuring visibility.
• Include your preferred contact details (email or phone) in the ad for interested parties to reach you directly.

Our algorithms match your ad to the right audience based on its content. For example:

• Ads for western horses are prioritized for users interested in western riding.
• Service ads (e.g., co-riding) are shown to local users looking for similar opportunities.

You can invite the new owner or team members to the horse’s profile, allowing them to:

• Update and maintain the horse’s profile.
• Take over admin responsibilities for the profile if necessary.
