Fine 12-year-old gelding seeking long-term home

With a heavy heart, I am now seeking a new home for my fine 12-year-old gelding. The home is the absolute priority, and I am looking for someone who sees the horse as a partner and wants to give him time and understanding. He is a very kind horse in all daily handling. Easy to shoe, pleasant in the stable, and good to ride out alone. He has nice gaits and good potential for someone who wants to continue developing him, especially in dressage. I haven't focused on dressage myself, so there is more to achieve for the right rider. He jumps very well with good technique and a big heart. Knocking down fences is something he truly tries to avoid, and he shows both capacity and willingness over jumps. Potential also exists for eventing for those who want to train him further. He is a sensitive individual who needs a calm, secure, and consistent rider. In a home environment, he is pleasant to work with and ride, but competition environments can make him stressed. Therefore, I am primarily looking for a home where he can be an appreciated hobby horse or where someone is willing to invest time in building his confidence and helping him become secure in new environments as well. Loading works and improves the more he travels. He will not be sold to just anyone, but to the home that feels right for him.
