Joe is a real rascal. He is quite new to the facility. He is not very confident with all horses, but as soon as you ride him a few times, you become best friends. He sees ghosts sometimes and doesn't want to stand still. Instead, he wants to move forward and have fun with his rider 🐻❤️🙊🙈🦄🤪
