💎 Unpolished diamond 💎

Prince is ready to find his new home. He is an unpolished diamond for any discipline, this guy. Connemara gelding born in 2013, 148 cm (14.2hh). He is looking for a rider with a stable seat, good balance, and preferably a knowledgeable adult on the team. He is a sensitive pony who appreciates clear routines and a confident rider who remains calm when new situations arise. Prince is best suited for a rider with previous experience and is not suitable as a first pony or for riding school activities. When Prince feels secure, he is an uncomplicated pony to handle both at home and at competitions. If he becomes tense or unsure, it primarily manifests as him wanting to increase the pace rather than through naughtiness or other misbehavior. With a rider who continues to ride and gives him clear tasks, he quickly returns to work and focus. Has been competed sparingly in Sweden but has the capacity for higher classes, especially in show jumping and eventing, but also dressage. Started up to LB show jumping and P80 eventing, jumps with good technique and a willingness to get over the fence, and moves nicely. In training, he has jumped individual fences up to 120 cm in show jumping and larger cross-country obstacles than those he has competed on. He has also tried WE which went well with confident guidance. With us, he qualified for the Team Championship in eventing in only 2 starts. When he is confident, he is easy to take to competitions, sleeps well away from home, and is calm. Ridden out alone and in a group. Can sometimes become unsure if something unexpected appears, but takes support from his rider and is easily persuaded to move on. Used to traffic and different environments, and has also been to the sea and in water. Good for the farrier and in daily handling. Is currently shod but has previously gone barefoot without problems. Loads and travels without problems when routines are well-known and regular. Has a graying spot and a small splint, but no known injury history. Cribs during feeding. However, the extent has decreased significantly recently. Currently stabled in a box and functions well in that environment, but has also previously lived in herd housing with both geldings and mares. Prince bonds strongly with his people and thrives best with someone who gives him time to settle in and build trust.
