If a buyer has put a hold on the horse or is coming for a trial ride, you can temporarily pause your listing. The horse disappears immediately from the marketplace and is hidden from new buyers, but all your entered information stays safely in the background.
In the app: Open the horse's profile, tap the three dots in the top right corner and select "Pause ad".
On the web: Open the sidebar and go to the "Sell" tab → find your horse under "My horse listings" → "Edit profile / Manage ad" → "Manage ad" → "Pause ad".
If the deal falls through, follow the same steps again and choose "Activate ad". Matching restarts immediately without needing to rewrite anything. If the horse is sold: See the guide: How to remove your listing.
