When your horse has found the right buyer, it's time to take it off the market and hand over the horse's page to the new owner — so the timeline, results and history can live on.
- 1Remove the listing. Change the horse's market status to "Not for sale" on the horse's page. All listing info is cleared, the horse stops being picked up by the Horse Agent and disappears from the marketplace. Do not delete the horse profile. See the guide: How to remove your listing.
- 2Change your relationship to "Previous horse". Go to the horse's page and tap the pencil next to "Horse's team" (or via the three dots on the horse card). Tap "Change your relationship" and switch from "Current" to e.g. "Previous owner". The horse now appears under "Previous horses" in your profile. See the guide: How to move a horse to your 'previous horses'.
- 3Invite the horse's new owner. Ask the new owner to download Floccs and create an account. Go to the horse's page, tap the pencil next to "Horse's team", click "Manage team" and then "Invite more" at the bottom. Search for the person's name and send an invitation. See the guide: How to invite the horse's new owner to the profile.
