When the horse is sold, don't delete the horse profile. Instead, permanently close the listing by changing the horse's status to "Not for sale". All listing data is automatically cleared and the horse disappears from the marketplace, while the timeline and results remain fully intact.
- 1Open the app and go to your horse's profile.
- 2Click "Change status" in the box at the top of the page.
- 3Change the market status from "For sale" to "Not for sale" and save.
