Buyer protection

So you can shop second-hand with complete confidence, Floccs Buyer Protection is always included in your purchase. This means your payment is held securely by Floccs and is not released to the seller until you've confirmed that the item matches the description and is in good condition.

Buyer protection covers you if the product:

Is never delivered.

Is damaged in transit.

Differs significantly from the listing description (e.g. wrong size, different condition than stated, or missing key parts).

What to do if something is wrong: If the item doesn't match the listing, do not confirm the product in the app. Instead, contact our support team directly by email at support@floccs.com. We will pause the payout and work with you and the seller to resolve the issue. If needed, we will issue a refund to you.

Important (the 7-day rule): To use buyer protection you must report the issue to us within 7 days of the parcel being delivered to the pickup point. If you haven't confirmed or reported a problem within 7 days, the transaction is automatically approved and the seller receives payment.
