Shopping on Floccs is simple and safe. The entire process is digital and takes just three steps:
Find and buy: When you've found a product you want, tap the buy button. You pay securely for both the item and shipping directly in the app.
The seller ships: Once payment is confirmed we notify the seller and generate a shipping label. The seller has 5 days to pack and drop the parcel at a DHL service point. You receive a tracking number to follow your package.
Collect and confirm: We send you a notification as soon as the parcel arrives at your pickup point. Collect it, check that everything is as described, and confirm the purchase in the app. Only then are the funds released to the seller.
Remember: It's your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date and to enable app notifications so you don't miss important delivery updates.
